Lumanessence is pleased to present À FLEUR DE PEAU: Portraits of Henna Body Art, a unique exposition displaying the henna and photographic artwork of mixed-media artist Luma R. Brieuc. This photo exhibition celebrates the art of henna by showing the beauty, complexity and diversity of this ancient art form, still so little known in spite of having been used to adorn the body for the past 8000 years, by numerous cultures across Europe, the Middle-East, Africa and Asia. |
