CURVES: Beauty in the Flesh is a photo project which explores the beauty of the voluptuous female body. There was a time when generous curves in a woman were embraced and considered as an expression of her sensuality, her sexuality as well as her feminine beauty. In a time where the mass media continues to dictate how small women need to become or remain in order to be accepted by society, the CURVES exposition is an opportunity for viewers to rediscover the beauty of the fleshy curve, and shift their perception regarding the fullness of a woman's body.
